A blend of floral ingredients such as jasmine, osmanthus, and sakura, balanced with cranberry juice and bitter concentrate using the stirring method. It is layered with whipped cream to achieve a sweet, floral, and creamy flavor profile. Served in a flute glass and garnished with edible flowers.
A combination of various ingredients with a base of boiled kecombrang, enhanced with elder syrup, osmanthus syrup, and balanced with cranberry juice and bitter concentrate. Additionally, 3 dashes of Tabasco are added using the shaker method. The mixture is injected with soda using a soda maker, resulting in a flavor profile that is sour, spicy, and sparkling. Served in a red wine glass and garnished with edible flowers.
Fresh milk is clarified to achieve a clean appearance and then mixed with lemon juice and sakura syrup to create a flavor profile that is sweet, creamy, and slightly sour. Prepared using the shaker method, it is served in a martini glass and garnished with sugar that is burned on top of a lemon slice.
A blend of several juices, including starfruit juice and pineapple juice, mixed with lemonade syrup and bitter concentrate for balance. Spirits such as vodka, gin, and aperitive bitters are added, along with a touch of egg white to create foam, using the dry shake and wet shake methods. Served in a rock glass and garnished with dried pineapple.
